Romeo Engineering Inc was founded to conceive and build the highest quality industrial automation available in America. We can provide automation consulting, reverse engineering, and turnkey systems. Romeo Engineering's divisions include aerospace, energetics, commercial automation, and food processing. The principles of automation are universal and independent of the product. By applying these solutions to your assembly systems, we can deliver much greater value while lowering the risk of new automation design. Our manufacturing operations utilize the latest in CNC and conventional machine tools. Our machine design uses cutting edge technology, including the very latest in 3-D CAD modeling software, to meet and exceed all of our clients' expectations. Integrated electronic controls coupled with precision mechanisms, in situ inspections and electronic data collection and analysis is the key to successful projects. Romeo Engineering has the Engineering capabilities in-house to complete your entire project.

Romeo Engineering has built some of the most technologically sophisticated equipment in America. We are structured to serve you in your efforts to increase your productivity. We have designed and built automated assembly and metal working systems for IBM, GE Aircraft Engines, Ford, LouverDrape, Tandy, Abbott Diagnostics Laboratories, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories, Sandia National Laboratories, Palm, Certainteed, Hexcel, Sikorsky, Lockheed, and many others. The projects included products as diverse as automated assembly lines for printers, typewriters, personal computers, washing machines, medical products, printed circuit boards, window coverings, digital personal assistants, aircraft parts, helicopter parts, composite parts and automotive air bags. Our waterjet systems have fabricated exotic metals, composites, fiber glass doors, aluminum satellite dishes, air bag propellant, rubber, glass, nuclear material in custom configurations specifically designed for a particular product. We pioneered the use of computers and robotics in assembly automation, and through those efforts have developed generic techniques and components that can be applied to new system designs.
