Romeo Engineering, Inc. is a fully integrated organization, performing its own design, materials development, stress analysis, fabrication, assembly, and lifetime maintenance for a broad spectrum of industrial processes.  We provide all aspects of machinery and factory design from large scale assembly lines to individual work cells.  Our manufacturing techniques utilize the latest CNC tools, CMM inspection, certified welders, and service technicians.  Founded by Frank C. Romeo, P.E. in 1987, it was conceived to build the highest quality automation available.

Over the last three decades, we have integrated our RECut high pressure waterjet systems into a vast array of industrial applications. In addition to our waterjet cutting services, Romeo Engineering is leading the way in the composites industry with our REi Pul series™ of pultrusion machinery, flying cut off saws, gang drills, reeling machines and much more.  REi Automate has advanced the development of diverse products such as composite helicopter blades, pita chips, cryogenics, explosive rocket motors, de-militarization processes and proton accelerators for cancer treatment.  The REi Cut , REi Pul and REi Automate series™ of equipment are designed to optimize the efficiency demanded by today’s global manufacturing processes.

Career Opportunities

Romeo Engineering Inc., built on a solid foundation of professional experience in waterjet cutting services, automation design and manufacturing and responsible for some of the most technologically sophisticated equipment in the United States, is looking to hire motivated individuals. The key to our success is our excellent staff. We employ engineers and designers in many fields including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, and computer science. Engineering positions require a degree from an ABET accredited school and desire to obtain a Professional Engineer license in the state of Texas. Due to the type of work, all employees must be U.S. citizens.
